Privacy Policy

1. What data we collect

We collect only what's needed to produce and deliver your song: your email, the order content (occasion, style, story, lyrics and reference links) and your browsing language.

We do not collect or store credit card data. Payment is fully processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS certified.

2. How we use the data

We use your email to confirm the order, communicate the deadline and deliver the song. We use the order content exclusively to produce the commissioned track.

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Who the data is shared with

We rely on infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and delivery file storage) and Vercel (hosting). Each has its own privacy and security policies.

4. How long we keep it

Order data is kept for as long as needed to meet tax and support obligations. The song download link expires 30 days after delivery.

5. Your rights

Under applicable data protection law (including Brazil's LGPD), you may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time via our contact email.

6. Cookies

We use only strictly functional cookies: your language preference (NEXT_LOCALE) and your light/dark theme preference (stored locally in your browser). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
