Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on Melozyra (“Platform”, “we”), you (“Customer”) confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms of Use. Acceptance is confirmed at checkout, before payment. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the purchase.

2. Service Description

The Platform offers a custom, made-to-order music composition service.

Each track is created by artificial intelligence specialized in music composition, based on the information the Customer provides in the order (occasion, style, lyrics and references). Before delivery, the track goes through a quality check.

The standard delivery window is same-day, for orders paid before the cutoff time shown at checkout. Orders placed after that time are delivered early the next day. The exact deadline is shown on the order confirmation page and by email.

Because this is AI-generated creation, minor variation between the request and the final result may occur. Reasonable adjustments can be requested within the terms described in Section 6.

3. Order Content Restrictions

We do not produce imitations of known, identifiable artists, bands, or voices. Requests are prohibited if they:

• Imitate the voice, characteristic vocal style, or timbre of a real, identifiable artist;
• Are presented as being created by, performed by, or affiliated with an existing artist, band, or label;
• Reproduce, in whole or in part, third-party copyrighted lyrics, melody, or work without authorization;
• Use the name, image, or likeness of a real person without consent.

3.1. Prohibited content and responsibility

We also do not accept requests containing: hate speech, sexual content involving minors, incitement to violence, harassment targeting specific individuals, or any content illegal under Brazilian law or the Customer's local law.

The Customer represents that they hold the necessary rights to any lyrics, excerpt, or reference material provided in the order, and is fully responsible for that content.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, and fully refund any order that violates this section, before or during production, without needing to provide a detailed justification.

4. Ownership and Licensing of the Delivered Track

The delivered track is produced using AI tools under a paid commercial license. The Customer receives a commercial-use license for the delivered track, allowing distribution, monetization, and use in their own projects.

Because this is AI-assisted content, copyright status may be limited or uncertain in some jurisdictions. We do not guarantee the delivered track is registrable as an original authored work.

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Suno, Inc. or any other AI tool used internally in production.

5. Payment

The current price is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by a third-party provider (Stripe); we do not store card data.

Orders enter the production queue only after payment is confirmed.

6. Refunds and Revisions

If delivery does not occur within the stated deadline, the Customer is entitled to a full refund upon request.

Reasonable, minor revisions (e.g., name pronunciation fix, small section change) may be requested after delivery, at no extra cost, limited to one (1) revision round.

Orders refused under Section 3 are fully refunded.

Once a track is delivered and accepted (or the revision window has passed without dispute), the service is considered complete and is not eligible for refund, except where required by applicable law.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the result will fully match subjective expectations of style or artistic quality, only that it will reasonably correspond to the description provided in the order.

We are not responsible for the Customer's misuse of the delivered track, including any third-party rights violation committed by the Customer when using or distributing the track.

8. Changes to These Terms and Governing Law

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of an order applies to that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
